Job Description

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the baby brand’s product portfolio, including diapers, baby toys, skincare, and accessories. Ensure these strategies align with company goals and market trends.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms. Serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Expansion
    Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share for baby products in existing and new regions. Increase the brand’s presence across various channels, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting
    Monitor sales performance, track progress toward sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Promotions & Brand Visibility
    Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store and online promotional campaigns, product launches, and events. Drive brand visibility and increase consumer demand for baby products.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure
    Lead negotiations with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements. Secure long-term contracts and business partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    Mentor and support junior sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and resources to help them meet and exceed their sales goals. Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Product Knowledge & Customer Education
    Conduct training sessions for retail partners and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the baby brand’s product offerings. Educate clients about product benefits, features, and proper usage to drive sales.
